Dissolution of dermal filler

About Hyalase

Hyalase is an enzyme preparation that contains hyaluronidase. Hyaluronidase is a naturally occurring enzyme in the body that breaks down hyaluronic acid, a sugar found in connective tissue and skin.

How does it work?

Hyalase works by breaking down hyaluronic acid molecules, which are the primary filler in hyaluronic acid-based fillers. By injecting Hyalase into areas of unwanted filling or migration of the filler, the hyaluronic acid is broken down, gradually eliminating the effect of the filler treatment.

How long does it take to take effect?

The effects of Hyalase can begin to be seen within a few hours to days after the injection. The full effect depends on factors such as the amount of Hyalase injected, the type of filler and your response to the treatment.

How many times should one be treated?

The number of Hyalase treatments may vary depending on several factors, including the amount of filler to be dissolved and your response to the treatment. Sometimes one treatment may be sufficient, while other times multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired result.
